What we collect through this website

When you submit the pilot or contact form we receive the details you enter: name, email, company, role, a description of your project, and any link you share. We use them only to reply to you and to run the pilot you asked for.

Forms are processed by our form provider, which emails the submission to us. We don't sell or share this information.

Client data you send us

Data you share for a pilot or project is accessed only by the Annoroid team members working on it. It is never crowdsourced or used to train models, and never shown in our portfolio without your written permission.

We can sign an NDA before you send anything, and we offer face and licence-plate anonymization.

Retention and deletion

Client data and our working copies are deleted after delivery, unless we agree in writing to keep them (for example, for an ongoing project). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted on request.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits. It does not identify you personally.
