Your data, handled carefully

• Stays in your storage where possible

  We can read from and write back to your own bucket (AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Cloudflare R2 or any S3-compatible storage) with scoped, time-limited credentials you control and can revoke at any time.

• Encrypted in transit

  Every transfer, to us and back to you, goes over TLS.

• Deleted after delivery

  By default we delete your data and our working copies 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request, and confirm deletion in writing.

• Least access

  Only the reviewers assigned to your job can see your data.

• Consent and provenance for egocentric data

  Before we process egocentric video, we check that the people filmed consented and where the footage came from. We check for signed consent or release forms from the people filmed, the collection agreement or terms participants accepted, and recording date and location metadata. On request we flag faces and bystanders.

• NDAs

  We sign your NDA, or ours, before any data changes hands.
